Peer Advisory Group

Ever wish you could get together with non-competitive small business owners to talk about the challenges of running your business?

If you are in Eastern Massachusetts, you can. A group of businesspeople meets once a month for half a day and share issues, ideas, problems, and opportunities in order to get the benefit of the brainpower of others in similar roles. We call ourselves The Advisory Group (TAG).

We have seven members and will limit the group to ten. We don’t allow competitors or vendors in this group because we want to encourage open and honest information sharing. Each member signs a confidentiality agreement.

Peg Kelley facilitates the monthly meeting of this dynamic business group. She also meets one-to-one with each member monthly for one-hour meetings to serve as a coach, catalyst, and confidante and to prepare issues to bring to the group meeting.

Membership is by invitation only. Qualifications are:

• Business revenue from $1M to $10M annually
• Must have employees
• Are owner or CEO of the company or division
